Japanese Shishito Peppers Recipe
Easy Blistered Shishito Peppers Recipe and Dip.
Easy Appetizer recipe, hot to video.

Recipe (Keto friendly):
1 1/2 lbs. Shishito Peppers (from the Asian store)
1/2 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste

Dip:
1/4 cup mayo
3 tablespoons gochujang or other chili sauce

In a hot skillet or pot, add oil, allow to come up to high temp. Wash and destem peppers, pat dry. Add to hot pan and cook. Move peppers around while cooking to make sure sides get pan roasted and golden brown to dark brown. Peppers will wilt slightly. Remove from pan onto plate. Have with dipping sauce. Enjoy!
